Rank behavior should notbe reconciled, tolerated
Most of us just want to live our lives harmoniously. We want to raise healthy, happy children; do well in our careers; provide for our families; experience more positives than negatives in our lives and, in short, live by the “Golden Rule”.
How is it then that we find ourselves saddled with a president like Donald Trump? How can it be that such an unconscionably pathological liar manipulated his way into office? To answer these questions, we must first understand ourselves as a nation. As a capitalist country, we’ve collectively fallen victim to unbridled greed. Our quest for success has become so pervasive that no level of corruption is out of bounds. We have invented ways to reconcile rank behaviors to the point that the once unacceptable is now tolerated.
Each election, we, the people, must send a message that is indelibly clear: no more, Donald, no more.
