The unknown business however, in a warehouse-like structure has storage high up closer to the ceiling, said Battalion Chief Aaron Lacey. This high volume of items likely contributed to the fire quickly escalating to three-alarms.
In a video tweeted by Alameda County Fire, which is assisting Livermore-Pleasanton Fire Department, it appears that mattresses were inside the warehouse.
