OAKLAND — Two men survived a shooting Monday in East Oakland, police said.
The 34-year-old and 30-year old each were in stable condition at a hospital, police said. They were expected to recover
The shooting was reported at 6:37 p.m. in the 100 block of Pendleton Way, a small street that runs between Edgewater and Capwell drives. Police said that the two men argued with a third man who pulled out a gun and fired.
Police have not identified the suspect, nor have they made an arrest.
