Why isn’t Mayor Schaaf
charged with obstruction?
Let me see if I understand this. One of Oakland’s finest tips off his “friend” of a prostitution sweep on International Boulevard and he is charged with obstruction of justice. Ms. Schaaf tips off hundreds of felons (people in this country contrary to the law, regardless of the reason, are committing a felony … they are felons, not undocumented immigrants, Ms. Schaaf) and she reaps praise for “protecting our residents”?
What Jerry Brown, Libby Schaaf and other politicians are advocating is sedition, pure and simple. California has filed countless suits against the federal government as they have pursued their anti-citizen, pro-felon fantasies, but when the shoe is on the other foot it’s suddenly a “political stunt”?
Do they really think the law-abiding citizens of California are that dumb?
